1. 24/7 staffing 2. Staff assistance right at the very minute when I drove up to the gate of the parking facility, and this was at 4:30 AM in the morning! 3. Shuttles were right on time, picking me up quickly from where my car was parked, and also right away from the pick up curb from the airport! I hardly had to wait for the shuttles at all. 4. Shuttle drivers were very friendly, and helpful with my luggage, and with information. 5. Shuttle vans were very clean and presentable. 6. Friendly and helpful checkout staff leaving the parking lot. 7. Clearly emailed instructions on what to do. 8. Fair price.

We like that the bus comes around to pick us up, we LOVE that we get a ticket with our parking spot written on it. The bus is clean and the driver is friendly and efficient. The parking lot is not muddy!!! I love the check in and check out system, I like that I can change my reservation on line AND that we have not had to wait long for the bus to pick us up at the airport. Rates are reasonable. We recently switched from Expresso Parking to Park 'N Fly Oakland and so we are very happy with our change of venue!

Being able to use the app and purchase in advance is the way to go. The prices are lower free book and I always book the nicer location in the front because it’s easy in and out. That problems from time to time with their payment system, but they’re always super nice and they always offer me a bottle of water

This a great company! The reservation process was easy and flexible to use. There were plenty of spaces available. I was greeted by a friendly agent who guided me to open spaces and immediately sent the shuttle so I could get to the airport right away after parking. The driver provided me with a card with my location so I wouldn’t forget. When I returned from my trip it was easy to request a shuttle pickup in the app. The driver who dropped me off was very helpful offering to unload my bags directly into my vehicle. Overall I had an awesome experience with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from entry to exit. I will be a lifelong customer as long as I live nearby.

I live in SJ and I fly out of OAK all the time due to lower flight costs. It’s so easy to book your parking. You get on their website (or app that I haven’t used) and put the days and time you want to park and pay in advance. You get a QR code via email that you use to open the gate to get in. The shuttle arrives and helps you get your luggage in the shuttle and you are on your way to the terminal. You tell the shuttle driver your parking spot and he gives you a ticket with your parking number. When you return you go to the place where you were dropped off (4F) and you hand the shuttle driver the same ticket the driver gave you and he drops you off at your car. I think it’s quicker than parking at the airport and walking with all your bags to the terminal. There are three parking option. There’s VIP where you park as soon as you enter, first picked up and dropped off. There’s also covered parking if you want to keep your car out of the elements or if it’s raining and then there’s regular parking. The entire parking lot is encircled within an electrified fence so it’s pretty hard to break in. Lots of nice cars park here and I’ve never seen broken glass on the floor. To leave you use the same QR code you used to enter. The shuttle location is on 98th ave and 1.7 miles from the airport and .7 miles from 880. Trust the ratings.

Worked way better than I expected. We had a 6:20 AM flight and arrived at the parking spot around 5:30 AM. The shuttle got us directly from where we parked our car and took us to the airport very quickly. When we returned, I simply used the app to call for a shuttle and it was there by the time we got off the plane and into the pick up area

We recently used Park N Fly/The Parking Spot for a trip out of Oakland Airport. It's well known that this is not a safe area and a lot of people choose another airport or other transportation to/from the airport to avoid leaving their car in any parking lot. Oakland Airport does not have any of its own garage parking like SFO and SJC. After getting recommendations, we decided to park here. We booked covered parking on the website, which was very easy to use. We didn't know they also have an app. We were very happy with the presence of employees everywhere in the lot. It had the appearance of more safety than other places. Certainly more than the airports own lots. Everyone was extremely friendly and conscientious. They give you a ticket with your specific parking spot on it to give to the shuttle driver Epson your return. I like to think this is one step to preventing vandals from getting into the lot. We had no problem with our car being broken into. The shuttle to and from the airport was very timely. The pickup at the airport back to the lot is on curb 4 with all of the other shuttles. We rarely use OAK, but we would not hesitate parking our car there again if the need arises.

This is my go to spot for off airport parking. The staff is always friendly and I have the piece of mind that my vehicle is safe and secure. I have had situations such as missed flight and they assisted me I with letting me back in the next day. Highly recommended!
